He/She carries out tests and reviews on new products. He/She carries out network solutions for product test result tracking. In addition, he/she leads production and manufacturing systems projects for improvement. He/She must create test programmes while following objectives. He/She follows all workplace safety and health procedures.

The Product Engineer is required to lead a team to meet goals. He/She guides and mentors Assistant Engineers.

We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our team and facilitate the design and manufacturing of our next line of exciting products.

Product Engineer responsibilities include designing and overseeing the manufacturing process of our goods to ensure they meet our company’s safety and quality standards. 

Ultimately, the product Engineer will work closely with our design team to create commodities that meet our organization’s standards.

Product Engineer responsibilities include:

• Developing design ideas based on customer interests, budgets and market research
• Meeting with the development team to discuss product ideas
• Analyzing market and industry product trends

Responsibilities

• Create rough product designs using sketches and computer software
• Conduct theoretical testing on design models
• Create full product designs and specifications using computer software modeling techniques
• Select product materials and design the product manufacturing process
• Oversee assembly and ensure that products conform to market specifications and safety regulations

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Product Engineer or similar role
• Advanced analytical and design skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of industry and market trends
• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Electrical Electronics Engineering or similar field is preferred
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Product Engineer

Overview

The account manager /Admin is responsible for the management of the Accounting, Budgeting, and some Human Resources functions. He or she manages the implementation of policies and procedures, and the goals and objectives of these functions. He or she is responsible for the timely issuance of both internal and external financial reports. He or she manages the annual external audit and the preparation of the financial sections of the organization’s annual report.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.       Staff, manage and develop direct and indirect reports, developing individual staff and organizational capability.

2.       Manage the implementation of the goals and objectives of the Accounting and Budgeting functions.

3.       Manage the implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and systems.

4.       Identify and manage the implementation of procedural changes designed to improve internal controls, departmental efficiency, and/or report quality.

5.       Manage General Ledger, including timely and accurate monthly closings, the review of account balances, and the reconciliation of accounts.

6.       Process transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization, and maintain records related to those.

7.       Manage the development, documentation, and delivery of financial training to the organization.

8.       Manage the development and maintenance of standard and ad hoc financial reports.

9.       Assist in the development of grant proposals. Provide financial oversight with project coordinators to ensure compliance with grant requirements and our organization’s financial policies. Provide financial reports to granting agencies in conjunction with narratives developed by staff responsible for grant project implementation.

10.   Manage the annual external audit, acting as primary liaison with external auditors, ensuring all necessary reconciliations are prepared upon arrival of the auditors and providing needed schedules and documents for audit and tax return purposes.

11.   Manage filing with and reporting to governmental agencies with regard to staff and consultants

12.   Provide direction during the annual financial budgeting process, managing the development of automated, accurate data gathering, analysis and presentation.

13.   Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems (i.e. ERP, Budgeting, online reporting, payroll, etc.) that are critical to the daily operation of the Business.

14.   Assist the Executive Management Team in achieving budgeted financial results through reporting, forecasting, and management of the balance sheet including cash management.

15.   Provide the Executive Management Team periodic comparative operating results vs. budget, as well as current balance sheets.

16.   Manage staff benefits, including personal time off (PTO); health, dental, and life insurance;

17.   Participate in developing strategic and tactical plans for the business.

18.   Serve as the staff liaison with the Finance-Audit Committee for USCA.

Minimum Qualifications Required

Education: Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related courses

Experience:

• Proven experience with fund accounting and cashfow

• Not-for-Profit fund accounting experience would be a plus

• Experience with excel is required, experience with other accounting

software in addition would be a plus.

 Skills: Proven leadership skills
