ZICS is metal fabrication and furniture company committed to producing quality-crafted products for residential and commercial buildings. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to direct the day-to-day operational activities towards achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual goals of the company.

As the operations manager, you will coordinate each department to create and deploy disruptive products. This position is both creative and rigorous, by nature, we expect the candidate to be proactive, autonomous and have a "get it done" spirit.   • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures from the ground up.
  • Provide leadership to teams and promote a culture of excellence and discipline.
  • Oversee revenue targets, planning, budgeting, execution and reporting for each department/unit.
  •  Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPI’s of teams and advice on key areas to improve.
  • Assist in recruitment, training and performance management of employees.
  • Collaborate with teams and departments to achieve the organization's objectives (short-term and long term).
  • Develop and implement relevant strategies to ensure the company remains competitive and delivers excellent service all round.
  • Performs any other function as directed by the CEO

Must Have

  • Very Strong Background in Engineering, metals fabrication and wood works. 
  • knowledge of project management software and ERP tools.
  • Minimum HND/bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
